Notice of Annual General Meeting OZFIN Inc

 In accordance with the Constitution, I herby give notice of the AGM of OZFIN Inc. to be held on Sunday, 15 August 2010 at the Oasis Pool, Club Banora Complex, 2 Leisure Drive, Banora Point, NSW, immediately following the OZFIN Australian Championships. 2010.

OZFIN CONSTITUTION

The OZFIN constitution relates to the conduct of OZFIN, the sclection of office bearers, and teams, solution to disputes, and the general running of committee meetings.  This may be downloaded or  viewed by clicking on the link above:
Members are entitled to and encouraged to lodge motions for changes to this constitution at the OZFIN AGM.
Motions for changes or amendments MUST be lodged with the Secretary 4 weeks prior to the AGM to enable them to be circulated to members
ALL FINANCIAL MEMBERS ARE ABLE TO  VOTE AT THE AGM.
OZFIN BYLAWS
By-Laws relate to the rules and regualtions of competition, Age Groups, conducting of championships, and records
Motions for changes or amendments MUST be lodged with the Secretary 4 weeks prior to the AGM to enable them to be circulated to members.
